We accept returns or offer reprints only in the following cases:
Defective product: If the product received has manufacturing defects (poor printing, damaged product, etc.).
Order error: If the product received does not correspond to what was ordered (wrong size, incorrect color, or other error).
In these cases, a free reprint or a full refund will be offered. You must report the problem within 30 days of receipt of your order, providing evidence (photos/videos) of the faulty or incorrect product.
Exceptions to returns
Returns and refunds are not accepted for the following reasons:
Change of mind: We do not accept returns if you simply decide you no longer want the product. If the item is not defective but you are unsatisfied and wish to return it, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Please note: We will only consider a refund after we receive and inspect the returned product. If the item is found to be in its original condition and unused, we will process your refund accordingly. For any return requests, please contact us through the contact page on our website before sending the item back.
Wrong size or color: If you have received a product that corresponds to your order (size and color chosen), but you are not satisfied for personal reasons, we cannot accept returns.
We therefore recommend that you check all details (size, color, etc.) before placing your order.
